MEMPEASEM is a farming Community near Dunkwa-Mmradan in the Dunkwa-Offin Municipality of the Upper Denkyira East Constituecy in the Central Region.
Residents there have bemoaned the lack of developmental projects supposed to be done for the Community like, provision of boreholes , rehabilitation of their deplorable road accessing them to the district capital, classroom facilities and bulbs for street ligth and many more.
Speaking to the media, the committee chairman and some of the residents expressed their disappointment in the Chief executive officer of the Area.
