A 3 years old baby Rachel suffered burns when she was a little baby.
Fuel from a leaking tank and fire set in a coal pot nearby blasted leaving her half burnt. Doctors at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital are hopeful on that fact a reconstructive plastic surgery can help little Rachel currently.
