A nine months old pregnant woman has met her untimely death after an abandoned bridge collapsed on her.
The Incident happened on Twifu Mirekukrom to Twifu Agona deplorable road in the Twifu Attimokwa District of the Central Region.
The incident has made Residents in about five Communities who shares this abandoned bridge leaving in fear and panic as they don't know what will happen next.
The Resident according to them said,they are very disappointed in the District Chief Executives for Twifu Attimokwa District Hon.Robert Agyeman Nyantakyi as he has totally neglected them.
The abandoned Bridge according to the Residents has made their movement very difficult for them since they can't travel on the roads.
They said,five pregnant women have died on this abandoned bridge since they entered 2023 in just two months.
According to them, they don't get any benefit from voting, Politicians always go to them for a political Campaign but don't get any benefit from them.
They have however threatens not to vote for the NPP government in the upcoming election over negligence.
According to the angry residents, apart from the abandoned Bridge and roads, the Community's School building is in bad state,the community members are also suffering to get portable water to drink.
They are however mounting pressure on the government and the District Chief Executives for the area to as mush as possible to go and complete the abandoned Bridge andY roads for them.

Speaking in an interview with Ghone news,the Chief of Twifu Mirekukrom Nana Mireku Ababia I also hinted that,he and his Community Members are disappointed in the New Patriotic Party led by President Akuffo Addo and his District Chief Executives for Twifu Attimokwa District Hon.Robert Agyeman Nyantakyi for deceiving them to win their vote in the 2016 and 2020 general election.
The Chief is however said,he will Mobilize his Community Members to do massive Campaign against the New Patriotic Party over the abandonment of the Community's projects.
The Chief who led his Community Members to sing war song saying they won't vote if their abandoned roads and bridge is not fixed said,he is very disappointed in NPP government and his District Chief Executive.

Lastly,the Assembly Man for Twifu Mirekukrom Electoral Area Hon.Francis Dotse Kubiobu also hinted all efforts to notify the District Chief Executives to go and fix their broken bridge and deplorable road all have proved futile.
The Angry Assembly Man hinted that,it seems the Government have neglected them.
He is therefore appealing to the government and the District Chief Executives for Twifu Attimokwa to go and fix their abandoned Bridge and road for them.
According to him,his Community Members are suffering especially pregnant women.
Sometimes they had to put a pregnant women in wheelbarrow and ride her to Twifu Praso hospital to give birth a situation which is alarming.
According to him,he will lead a massive demonstration against the District Chief Executive if proper measures are not put into place before the upcoming 2024 general election.
